dont know if its been mentioned b4,but how about a 30/40 second time bank(as on some other sites),for when you got a really hard decision..once uv used it ,thats it,no more extra time..might actually stop some of those stoopid calls..not really gonna slow the game down that much(180/240 seconds tops).
