In Response to Re: winter freeroll 1 point short due to unexpected difference in points awarded : actually you might be right, my 1 point reward for a £3.30 6 max probably should have been a 3 point reward because i've just seen somebody get 2 points rewarded after exiting a £2.20 6 max Posted by craigcu12
Craig just checked scope for you and indeed you have played 17 games at 3.30 which should be 51 points. What time did your last game finish.
Try contacting support if you haven't already and you think there has been an error somewhere, they'll be able to check, and enter you if you've earnt the points.
Players get the SAME 3 points for a £3.30 Six Max as a £3.30 DYM - the Points are awarded based on Reg Fee.
So on that basis, you SHOULD have (17 x 3) 51 points.
However, according to SS, the final game - the Six Max (you came second for £6.30) - did not start until 4.30pm. It's therefore very probable that it finished AFTER 5pm, which was the deadline.
I know it sounds harsh, but these points are not credited manually, nor is the Freeroll entry manual - it's all done automatically, by software.
So if your Six Max ended at even 1 second after 5pm, it would not count in the total for this particular Promo.
Not as bad as me.... when I read that giveaway I already had 30pts or so ... It said get 50pts before sunday 5pm I assumed it meant your weekly total, not from then until 5pm today...
stuart my final hand was 4:30. I'm now waiting for someone on live chat about this. Posted by craigcu12
That might be a struggle today, Craig, the Contact Centre staff could not access the Office today due to the flooding, so I'm not sure if "Live Chat" is currently working.

Hi Craig,
There is some confusion here.
