LAG AND SITTING OUT PLZ FIX

Last 2 days whilst playing spin up tables ,  some  are lagging and auto sitting people out . I have asked at the table if it was the same for them  and they all said yes . Fis needed plz .

    Yes, its kicked it big time, all tables lagging and forum hardly accessible

    I just had a nightmare at a £5.75 BH final table. Severe lag, timing out, missing hands. At least one other player was being affected during 4-handed play. I got second place in the end, so I suppose I can't be too miffed, but I'd much rather have been able to play normally.

    Confirmed, same here.

    It was worst between 6 and 6.30 pm, lots of players AWAY, and severe lag.

    It has cleared for me now though, and playing normally.

    As of now (6.55pm) I am on 3 tables, and there are no AWAY players, and it seems to be ok now (for me).

    Hope it's the same for you.

    Guys, I managed to get hold of a Suit, the problem is site-wide, right across all of SB&G.

    They have got Engineers on the case as highest priority righty now, but I can't tell you any more than that.

    Thanks Tikay, they are aware of the problem and for non urgent stuff they can be emailed. I just tried to play the UKPC freeroll. I didn't stand a chance. Some lucky devils didn't seem to be affected as badly as some of us were so didn't stand a chance of getting anywhere. Hope it's rectified soon.

    Guys,

    I understand the problem is site-wide, right across SB&G, all sites are having the same issue.

    Engineers are working on it as highest priority, but I don't know any more than that.

    Sky CC respose We are experiencing technical issues  - We are aiming to resolve these ASAP. Unfortunately we are not offering compensation for this.

    I can't advise others what to do, as it is affecting everyone differently, but I've quit my session, as it was so laggy.

    I've been told again that it's site-wide, so quite a headache, but all Engineers are on the case as highest priority, obviously.
     
    If I hear any more, I'll let you know, assuming I can access the Forum, even that is flaky.

    Keeps taking a bit too open tables then getting sat out or when betting timer keeps going but no action then sat out bit of a pain.
