(I then de-regged). Speak to CC please. If still no joy, post again in the morning and I'll have a word with a higher up.

    Your welcome :)

Glad it is all sorted and CS were very helpful.

Can I just say the Billionth hand promotion was very generous and exiting. Great fun! Missed it by 045 and 047 here. The freeroll tonight was a very nice gesture.

And congrats to the winners too.

    Well said Rafa, thank you.

And yes, it was great fun, I thought, & with £50,000 of prizes on offer, a pretty good deal for the players, imo.

Human nature is such a strange thing, & I'm struggling to understand the way some think these days.

The site is doing just great, it really is. And yet players are all over the Sky Poker forum right now, "it's not fair" sorta thing, almost daily, & even suggesting that Sky Poker don't have the right to decide how to spend their own money, & are spending it unwisely. Good constructive criticism is great, but it's usually incredibly rude. Why rude? Because they KNOW The Business & myself are not allowed to respond in kind.

Meanwhile, a player started a thread to say how good the recent Promos have been, as it's been, since November, the most intensive period of Promos & Frerolls ever, & included some 70 odd £1,100 UKPC seats given away, & even a £4,000 Vegas Package, more Freerolls than ever before, "Double" month where there was some cracking value on offer for ALL payers.

    It said.......

"Wow,  freebuys, freerolls galore and double points, what a week, brilliant, can we do it again next week?"

Guess how many replies it got? (excluding me)

    It got exactly......

    ONE REPLY

    Here's the thread HERE

    Strange times.

^^^ Just add a like button. I saw that thread and agreed but didnt think I could add anything. It's the sort of post I would naturally "like". Sometimes I will chip in with a +1 post but usually when it is supporting an individual who has got a good result or been thanked for doing something positive for the community.

Unfortunately if team chunter start a thread it encourages more chunterers to contribute and community regs to defend sky if they don't agree. Then the thread is seen to be popular and so everyone chips in and it kind of snowballs. Such is life in social media.

That's fair comment Phantom, & yes, it seems to be easier to moan, or see the bad side of things, sites or people than to see or say the positives.

It's an age thing I guess.

Move on, nothing to see here.
