    3 betting then calling a 4 bet with j2 is only going to get you in this sort of trouble, very Ul after that flop, but still just fold it pre

    it's you who decided to limp pre not him so your gifting him a free flop. either raise the hand preflop flop or be more patient and fold this pre.
