    Unfortunately if you get manually registered you can only have 2k chip starting stack, to be fair the guy tried everything to get me my 10k starting stack but alas I start with 2k....lets hope for 5 away players :)

    1. I am regged
    2. I have 10000 chips
    3. I don't think I played 5 a day for 7 days on mobile, think I missed 1 or 2


    Have they set it up wrong?

    Not complaining obviously, but entry should be fair for all.

       You are running rather well at the moment.
      I played all 7 days on ipad, only been allocated 5k, so have emailed CC, hope to have a reply tomorrow.

    I had to contact CC to enter as well...Should have 10,000 chips and was entered with 2,000. But they said they couldnt add any more and would send my email details to the poker department to get the rest.

    As Phantom has started with the honesty I will join in. I am registered with 10,000 chips and the only thing I play on the mobile is the Rewards Freeroll, so I shouldn't even be in it. I suspect they have just used either the same requirement from the week before or just used the data from the week before, if you see what I mean.

    Just for clarity, I don't mind staying in with 10K chips though ;)

    Emailed CC and they have now put me in. 2000 chips. TBH not sure if it should be 2000 or 5000

    I am in with 2K. I think it should be more (5K). Is it worth emailing Sky CS or is this going to be checked/sorted internally for all?

    Hi Guys,

    I sent the thread up to Head Office before 7am this  morning, asking them to take a look.

    There is clearly a data issue here, or it seems that way from where I sit.

    I've had a reply already that they are investigating it. I note that it seems to have disappeared from the Lobby, too, suggesting that the Suits have removed it whilst they investigate further.
     
    If you wish to take it to CC, please feel free, though they will only forward it to the same people I have sent the thread to, & they may not be up to speed on the apparent issue.

    I don't have any input to these things, or authority, but I'd agree this needs sorting out soonest, something is clearly awry.
     
    They are looking at it, right now, so let's hope it gets sorted.

    I will keep you informed if I hear further, or Sky Poker will do so directly.

    The freeroll has now been amended to show the correct starting stacks. Apologies about the incorrect information yesterday. It is the last time I will leave Mark in charge of fulfilling a promotion.
