Las Vegas Freeroll

For me, the stucture of the VLV freeroll seems a bit slow. This could cause a bit of an issue, especially if there are a number of away stacks as there often are in freeroll events.

Being on a table with 2-3 away stacks with 2000 chips at 10/20 really wouldn't be much fun. I think starting at 25/50, and/or quicker levels, around 5-7 mins would help to fix this, while still giving a decent advantage to the players that bagged themselves top starting stacks.

Also with the amount of chips in play, it looks like it is going to take 5+ hours to get HU, which seems excessive.

Obviously I'm not expecting a change to be made just because one person is raising issues, but I would be interested to hear other players opinions.

Never mind that, who won the UKOPS Speed Bounty Hunter last night, any idea?

As to your suggestion, Sky a Poker will certainly listen to feedback, and, if they agree, will look again at the structures in the rest of these Second Chance Freerolls. I think there are 4 more of them still to come.

Well I didn't want to brag, but seeing as you brought it up... Thanks :) The poker gods were smiling on me for sure, couldn't lose a flip to save my life! or a 30/70 for that matter :)

And yes, this thread might have a bit more value after the VLV freeroll tonight, hopefully I am wrong and everything will be fine!

Binks one mtt thinks he can tell sky how to structure the rest of them ;) seriously though be interesting to see how it plays out, the levels do seem a bit excessive, personally would like to see it on a sunday night, at risk of massively generalising the sky population i would imagine more people would be available to play it, with saturday night commitments being quite common could be completely wrong though, i'd be interested to see what others think.

I just don't like having over 30BBs. Makes me uncomfortable.

Completely disagree with the OP.  In my opinion the blind levels should be 12-15 minutes.

Why does 5 hours seem excessive? The top prize is £3.5k that's double a standard main win which takes about 5 and a half hours
