    Good evening all.
    Its Sunday 19.45, 
    My preparations for the tournament.
    Worked from 5.am till 12.00hrs.
    Nice hot bath from 12.23 to 13.17.
    Sleep  from 13.29 to 17.00.
    17.14 mini roast
    17.48 walked the dog.
    18.24 reading the mental game of POKER.
    1932 poured my first glass of Aberfeldy .

    Good evening all.
    Preparations for the Main event.
    Worked from 4.30 am till 8.45 (double time)
    9.45 played £2.20 bh and managed to win it.
    13.00 pub for  a few glasses of Scotch and to watch the Football
    18.00hrs walk the dog.
    18.47hrs first glass of Aberfeldy.
