if ive paid to enter a tourney say 110 pound and then do a 24 quid sat or whatever and get a seat what happens do you get cash?

    if you have already reg for the tournament then qualify for same tournament via sat then you get cash

    Yes, if you buy in to the target tourney and win a sat into the same tourney
    you get the cash. then you can unreg from the tourney and get your original buy in back.

    if you sat into the big tourney and then unreg you don't get the cash

    yes and you can win as many sats as you like
