RIP Caroline aka Sparrolegs

I hate to have to say this but i lost my best friend today sparrolegs as she past away suddenly. Sparro loved playing omaha hi lo with the plo8 peeps and was always railing me in competitions, infact she was up till 1:30am last night railing me in the bounty hunter. She was diagnosed with ovarian cancer just over a week ago and she passed away today aged just 45. So sad. :( RIP to an amazing friend xxx

    Sad news indeed, I played many  PL08 DYMS against Caroline,  she will be greatly missed by the ploppers . 45, much too young.

    Very sorry to hear this Hotwheals. My thoughts are with you, her family and friends.

    Although I never got chatting to her she will be sadly missed by the ploppers and the Sky Poker community.

    Ghastly news Carl, I'm so sorry.

    Caroline was playing, if my memory is correct, only 4 or 5 days ago, & she was railing you in the chatbox in a PLO8 DYM  as recently as Saturday.

    She never had a bad word to say about anyone, ever.
     
    I know you were very close friends, so you must be devastated.
     
    Absolutely terrible news, & I'm very sad about it.
     
    Life is not fair, neither is death.

    Such sad news. Always hard to lose a friend and at such an age with little warning.

    Pass on the best wishes of the community to Caroline's friends and family.

    I have not posted in this forum in over a year, and was never intending to post again.

    I am totally shocked and very saddened at this news. As I often played with Caroline on the HU tables and we chatted a lot about most thing in our lives besides poker. She never ever disclosed her prognosis and came across to me as a very exceptional person ....I am deeply shocked at this news.

    I am posting this with a very heavy heart in her Honour and I wish all her family and friends my uppermost condolences.
