Poker bots

Hi- this is my first post after 5 years of playing online.

Can someone in the know please tell me how big an issue poker bots are. from what I read I feel like I'm the only live player out there who is getting rinsed but am also aware this can't quite be the case. I am a reasonable live player but can't seem to replicate that on online cash games. Tournamounts are different because there's a large element of bingo n them- isn't there��

    Hi Ska, depends what kind of games you are playing tbh. Fr's and Dym's get a lot of bingo players. Depending on my mood and how I see my cards I sometimes play bingo too or tin hat bingo as I call it because when I go all in you need a tin hat ;) . As for bots I am unsure of that but am sure someone will be along soon to give the stats. Hope you run golden.

    Tin hat poker- I like that, we get a bit of that in my home game. 

    Cheers for the response. I guess the bot issue is only a problem if they beat you!

    It sounds like you're saying you find online much harder to make money then live? Online players are on average far better than the ive players you're used to facing

    If you spot a bot in a pot,
    Raise them not,
    As they know what you've got,
    And will get the lot.

    That is probably true. Although some of the players I've locked horns with in Bristol Casinos over the years have had a good game!
