you will win this hand 8/10. VUL,the best way to look bad beats is that without them you'd never be able to make the cash on those occassions KK does stay ahead.

    i go all in with Kings I get 1 caller with 8 3 I lose. what are the odds of kings losing?

    In poker terms you were a massive favourite and about the best you can get. Alas in poker there is no such thing as a massive favourite and you will lose approx about 1 in 7 or 8. Its this high variance which makes the game so popular, without it the game would die.
