Does a RNG select cards pre hand, or continue selecting whilst ones deciding their next play as the street evolves.
I should know, but I have to admit I don't .

A few years ago a Sky representative posted on the forum and explained that on this site (not all sites use the same method) the 'virtual pack' is shuffled pre-deal and then stays the same throughout that hand - just like in live poker.

EXCEPT that there is not a "burn card" Online, which is always used in "Live" poker of course.
