seats awarded in sats

I've played 3 sats awarding seats into a semi and found the prize pools a bit confusing.
Earlier today I was playing 2 early semi sats which award 5 players but one had 11 entries whilst the other had 20 entries.

A sat for tonights semi has 20 entries but only has 4 seats.

    Some satellites award a seat for every 5 entries, some for every 10. Obviously the buy in is different for each.

    No early sat awards 5 seats, just the early semi itself awards 5 seats to the main.

    I think some carry a guarantee of a certain number of seats Craig, whereas others just pay out 1 in 5.

    I'm being honest 

    The 8K early sat 14:10 may 16th
    This sat had 11 players registered and awarded 5 seats.  I myself was one of those winners

    It was probably set up wrong. They set it as a 5 seat guaranteed when it should have been a 1 in 5  seat awarded. Not to worry, unless they take it out of Tikay's Latte money in which case there will be **** to play.

    Craig you are right.

    I have told James who set them up and he now has to work the next 10 days unpaid to make up for it.
