Noticed blatant collusion in a dym earlier and the following was the conversation with cc.
All sorted within a few minutes .

Me: Playing a double or nothing and there was obvious chip dumping cheating going on
Bethany: Which table number is this please Patrick and i can take a look?

Bethany: And do you have the user id of the person you believe to be cheating Patrick?
Me: table just finished. Players involved xxxxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxx
Bethany: Great - Could i take your user id please?
Me: xxxxxxxxxxxx
Bethany: Thats great thanks - Could you also please confirm your date of birth and mothers maiden name?
Me: xxx xxxx xx and xxxxxxxxx
Bethany: Perfect - I've refunded the £3 for you now and the other players will be dealt with accordingly, thank you for bringing that to our attention Patrick
