top pair+ flush draw (KQs) 3bet raise or just call?

I do believe my top pair to be ahead of his cbetting range andcan't imagine the raise getting anything worse to fold. where or not he'll fold better top pairs on a seond street I don't know and I'm not sure how he would react with his own draws.
