    What stakes?
    Any reads/ is he a reg or Unknown?

    Looks pretty standard I think just UL with info provided. If you flat the 3bet and fold to his c bet shove on that flop I think that would be pretty bad.

    On reflection you are right it was a bounty hunter and I didn't know much about him but I think I could still of found a fold Sometimes you just have to trust your gut feeling
