    Yup.
    TK's fault. Obviously.
I fully anticipate an ipad in the mail as recompense for distress caused by this entire disaster of a situation.
    Or a hoody.
    Or a bag of chips.

Table eventually loaded after about 25 minutes with blinds at 100/200.

Great! I presume buy ins will be refunded?

I'm trying to find out what the score is here, but if you had a problem, please speak to CC & explain the situation, & you will be fairly treated.

If I can get you an update, I will.

So the DYM table loaded with only three players at the table...so unsurprisingly we all cashed. Will be interesting to see if Sky just refunds everyone's buy ins or if they also double the money of the people who cashed.

I'm guessing there's been a release of code that wasnt very thoroughly checked and that someone in the QA team is currently being 'spoken to'.

I can only repeat what I wrote previously - if you have been disadvantaged by the problem, speak to CC & they will try to deal with it in a fair & reasonable manner - as they always do.

New code is never released in the middle of the day, it's done during early morning scheduled outages between 5am & 7am, so no, I would doubt that was what caused the issue. (No new code was released last night/this morning).

Apologies if you were disadvantaged, but just speak to CC if so.

Apologies all round, I understand the problem has been rectified, or at least everything is, or seems to be, fine now.

Can I have a refund of any DYM's I lost today? They were not in any way affected by any of these issues directly and my games played as normal but I had a feeling that 'something was about to go down', my crystal ball was going rather crazy and it was most off putting!

P.S. I am happy enough with the ones I cashed in although, like Maca, I feel it is only fair that I also get a bag of chips or something to compensate for the severe emotional distress that this rather unfortunate episode has caused me.

Sort it out please or I will be left with no alternative but to start a food/recipe related thread in line with Maca's suggestion.

    Yours sincerely

    A traumatised punter
