Half Time Tournaments - TWO fun fivers today.

Regulars will have seen the fun - & value - we had in yesterday's HTT, well today there are TWO of them.
 
Same gig as yesterday - £4.75 + £0.25 to enter, £2,000 Guarantee, 1 minute blinds, a bundle of fun & maybe a bunch of overlay.
 
The first is at half-time in the Bournemouth v Man U game, & starts at 2.20pm.
 
The 2nd one is during the Arsenal v Liverpool dust up & starts at 4.50pm.

Obv, I can't guess at how many runners these will get, but yesterday's HTT affair overlaid by just over a grand.
 
They need around 400 runners to cover.

    i have yet to decide if i wanna play, i may use the tokens i have collected since being back playing the dyms. but also wanted to save them for an 11 or 16.50 one. tough dilema for me but not for the regs with huge bank rolls lol :) i like my deposits to last a month at least lol :)

    Hi Chris,

    If you are being prudent with a limited bankroll, I would NOT recommend playing these, great fun though they are. They are ultra high variance, the exact opposite of the PLO8 DYM's you play which are ultra low-variance.

    My advice

    If you have 2x 2.30 tokens play 2 x 2.25 to free games and a chance to make £8. Your plo8 is strong so i would think you would at least win 1. If you win both then you could play the half time mtt :)

    It just looked like i missesd a fun game yesterday. and fancy giving it a go, had a good run last night in the dyms winning 10 for 12, and have some tokens saved up, ill see what im doing at the time then make the decision.

    i like your idea stuarty but ill prob just use the tokens to play the game and my funds for the dyms.

    That's me done for now, need to have my gym session.

    I will be back around 4pm, but I gotta go play that HU thing, so won't be able to mess about on the Forum for a good 5 minutes.

    fun comps, people love the action.

    With the low rake that sky have sensibly applied I'm sure there must be a place for these amongst the regular schedule. 

    Maybe 2 min blinds instead of 1 to keep the deepstackers happy :)
