Can the powers that be upstairs put the next Punta Cana Semi Final in the lobby

Hope someone can help.

I qualified for the Punta Cana Semi on Sunday but am going to struggle to play it (for some reason thought it was the Saturday). The nice people in Customer Care have offered to move me to a different Semi but there is only the one in the lobby .....

Can you see what you can do??
