Hole in the Schedule?

Hi-ya. 

I'm looking at the MTT schedule, tournaments from 3.30pm are still open for late reg. 

However there isn't a turbo option between (at least) 3.30pm and 8.45pm.

Seems a little unbalanced, have a 2.5/3 hour window to play and can't really enter anything. 

Thoughts?
