Longer time + Table Pop-Up?

I love playing at this site but there are a couple of things I personally feel would improve it. First one is the miniscule amount of time given to make a decision in cash games. I hate tanking as much as the next person but I feel we could really use it being extended, if only by a few seconds. Secondly, it would be really nice for the tables to pop up when it's your turn to act, rather than just have a beep.
