Hello have just been on Live Chat with customer support was on for ages I just want to thank Kelly for her patience as she tried to resolve my issue, hopefully with her help it is sorted. She even had the good grace to apologise to me for the time it took when basically it was me taking her time we are quick to moan about customer support but in this case I will give them a pat on the back.

    Nice one Doyle, thank you. I shall send that across to the Contact Centre & it'll brighten their day.

    Spending all day Saturday dealing with, in many cases, angry, frustrated, confused or worried customers is not exactly my idea of a dream job, but these little "thank you's" make a bit of difference.
