sky is killing me at the moment!!

been playing solid poker,trying not to make mistakes,but the last two weeks sky has been killing me!

    that 1st hand was the wrong one,i meant to show the hand where i flopped the nut str8 and was called by middle pair who then went on to hit runner runner fluah ,boo hoo

    That is probably the 5th rivered flush against me when i've held the nuts today. Many other bad beats too not sure if I can ride this out!!

    You asked at the table how i can call a six pound raise it wasn't just your raise but a call aswell then i call giving me 4/1 on the pot when im 5/1 on the turn to hit the flush on the river.But i have 14+ pound left u have me covered and the other player has 1.50 giving me implied odds of over 6/1.

    You made a great call on the flop too? I never criticised your play once you have every right to play how u want and you got very lucky well done.

    That is the first time I ever posted a hand on here I am sorry I didn't remove your name. I was focusing more on the bad luck aspect of the hand i.e runner runner flush, rather than your play so please go back to making speculative calls.

    Im having the same Davey.  Got my chips in good 6 times yesterday and got rivered everytime.  Very frustrating!

    I had a run like that a few weeks ago and was getting VERY wound up about it until the neighbour came round and asked me to stop shouting and banging the table because I was waking his kids up at night and they were getting scared!!!!
    I took a few days off and came back refreshed. Not that I dont still get the bad beats and it still HURTS. But now I slink away and curse  bad luck quietly.
    Good luck, it will come back.
