Sky tech's...Problems retrieving HH

There was a thread last week about find a player function not working, this is intermittent for me too but not too bothered.

However not being able to review HH is a tad inconvenient. Was going to post in feedback but thought would post here to see if others experiencing similar issues or if its my end.

    I just posted in another thread about having issues with seeing what tables im running as they wasnt showing up, also the mtt lobbies dont seem to be opening occasionally, so there is definitely something going on but its definitely intermittent.

    Yes HH is still a problem for me too, you can that but its a bit inconvenient

    Cheers guys. Yeah that function is dodgy for me too Jordz, but like you say its intermittent, another thing that is intermittent is my use of the forum, not seen your threads Matt, Have you found its getting worse? As you said first started about a week ago, for me it was only occasionally to begin with that it would play up, now its barely working at all. Gary is there another way of searching hh or is it just persistence?

    I'm having trouble with all 3 of the "my sky poker" tab functions.

    Both from phone and laptop on browser.

    Duplicate Dym tables showing in My Sky poker as well.
    Bit annoying for multitablers.
    I had 4 games running the other night but it was showing on there as 7 tables.
    Spent a frantic 5 minutes trying to find them

    My hand history hasn't worked for nearly 2 weeks on the laptop.  When I go to "My Sky Poker" tab it doesn't show any of my games - whether I click running, registered, finished or all.  Bit of an issue for me when I try to switch to ipad and I can't get any of my games to load if late reg has closed as nothing shows on the ipad either.

    To begin with I thought it was just my pc that was the issue - but I've tried it on work pc aswell and the same result.

    copy the hand number from the table, go to My sky poker HH paste it in. If you are not on the table anymore, then it is just persistance

    try copying the hand ID number and then pasting from there into the my sky poker hand history Rose ...... I just tried it and got it to work that way

    Hi Guys,

    Thanks for raising this.

    I am aware of an issue with HH and duplicate tables appearing in My Sky Poker. I will work with smarter guys than me to look at what the issues are. Any screenshots of the issues or a walkthrough of exactly what happens will be most useful.

    I know Bates will have plenty of these as he complains to me about it most days.

    I don't know if it is connected.

    But since the "my sky poker" features starting playing up

    Find a player not working
    Completed tables duplicating
    Registered/running tables not showing
    Hand history not working

    ....

    I have also had problems (via chrome on Windows 7) with a chrome process consuming processor time and memory to the point where extreme lag starts and I have to close that process (which stops all tables).

    Coupled with the "my tables" not working it makes it difficult to get the tables running again quicky.

    It means multi-tabling is not really an option at the moment.

    It's Ok. It has now been escalated to the team that are smarter than the team that is smarter than Sam.
