I have removed your post, but taken a copy of it & sent it up to the Office so it can be looked at properly.

I hope it will be sorted out in the morning.

    The matter has already been reported and investigated.

    If anyone has these sort of concerns, please inform Customer Care.

    Sky Poker are not going to allow trial by Forum or insinuation.
