UKOPS 17 High Roller Semi at 17:45 Urgent clarification please

Hi, every chance I am being thick as it has been known, however as the headline above the Tournament overview says 5 seat gte as does the overview in the lobby, however he blinds and prizepool tab shows only 2 seats, 

Edit: might have the answer, only two were registered when I started writing, a third has registered and a seat has been added. Now a fourth so drama def over. 

Is it normal for Sats to be set up like this? Haven't seen it before.
