Sorry to be so stupid but I've got some funds in orange with a present next to it. How do I retrieve them on the app?

Again sorry about the thickness I'm just not technically minded

    I think you can click on the present and find out what the funds are for.  It's deffo some kind of bonus funds but could be for a sports bet or to be used on casino or a specific type of poker game etc. You should be able to find the details of what the bonus is for in the 'my account' page too, or ask live chat
