whats the deal with spin ups?

I keep losing on spin up for months with the best hand!

1 out of 8 £50 pots i won today, I was 70 -30 fav or better in all of them.

is it just varience?

If you get it in 70 -30 fav it shouldn't matter what the format of the game is you should win 70% of the time in the long run.

I am losing 70% of the time.

Anyone know about spin ups?

3 losing months on spin up is frying my brain!!
