Thank you for all the lovely messages, it is a bit overwhelming.
I've got PM's, e-Mails, Texts & all sorts to reply to, plus some work to do, (& Cheltenham to watch....) so I'm a bit under it right now, but I'm 100% fine now.
I had something called a primary angioplasty on Monday, it went very well indeed, & I was released from St Peters Hospital, Chertsey, yesterday, after 3 days in their Acute Cardiac Unit. It all sounds very scary, & it was I suppose, but it's routine these days for someone of my age & there are no after effects.
I could not be in better shape now. (Except for my actual shape being really bad & pot-bellied).
I need to eat better, exercise better, take a ton of tablets every day, & of course no smoking or drinking. That apart, everything is tickity boo.
