Please be assured, as always, that Sky Poker will treat everyone fairly, in accordance with the rules for such situations.

    I have been instructed by Haysie's solicitor to inform you that I would have had approx 11,937 chips by now so therefore my chipstack should be amended accordingly should we get up and running.

    It's ok I got it wrong. I thought it was earlier than it was, turns out that I would have been out so I'll settle for the refund.

    That's a very good and fair question.

    I don't know the answer, and I'm glad I don't have to make that decision, as it's certainly awkward.
     
    I will ask Sam & James to make a Ruling, and someone will let you all know, but it will be tomorrow morning, not tonight.
