i have made 41 points at this moment in the last 24 hours and it wont let me reg for the freeroll .

    also im banned form chatting and my chat ban was up on 15th april but still cant contact cc as it wont let me get in touch with them.people are talking to me and i cantn talk back they think im ignoring them lol

    Sorry reeler, I can't really help with this one, & I don't understand some of it either.

    Not sure what "can't get in touch with CC" means, but CC are your only route forward at this time of the day.

    I'm not aware of any circumstance where you cannot contact CC, sorry.

    when i try live chat tikay a message comes up saying im banned from talking to them and i havent given them cheeck lol but im chat banned also and i want it reversed but cant contact cc cause of this lol hope u understand m8

    I've removed the chat ban. You hadn't earned enough pts yesterday. Possibly beacuse the pts aren't recorded until you leave the cash table.

    thanks a lot i can chat on table now james but i still cant contact customer care on live chat as it still has a funny message saying i self excluded . not that i need to speak to them but just incase in future i do
