Firstly, if I google it on Desktop today, Sky Poker is the top search result. In fact, on my Laptop, no other poker sites come up on Page 1 except Rob's Site, PokerSuperHero.
The whole topic is immensely complicated, & is approached dynamically. So sometimes Sky Poker will "bid" top price, & on other occasions they will step aside & allow other sites to bid against each other.
There are scores of variables in the equation. It's a bit like HAYSIE claiming not to grasp seasonal downturns on a Northern or Southern Hemisphere (but not global) online poker site. The number of variables in that equation is huge so it's an almost impossible thing to explain.
Sky Poker, like most sites, turn the Marketing taps on & off based on all manner of variables.
The post is appreciated, it was an interesting & good question.

Hi Mumsie,
It's not quite that simple.
