Ongoing browser issues

Hi All,

As you will likely be aware customers are experiencing some issues with gameplay when playing in browser. We have done a lot of testing on this and have been able to identify where the issues are being experienced.

The issues present themself in Google Chrome on a Windows machine. The issue is down to the amount of CPU utilised when opening numerous tables. It also depends on what else you are doing on Chrome at the same time. Some customers are telling us that the issue occurs when playing 5 or 6 tables others are saying 2 tables. The difference can be put down to the type of machine you are operating and what else you are doing on Google Chrome at the same time. 

The issue seems to have been introduced on the back of the release of V58 of Chrome. Our tech team continue to look into the cause and what action we can take against it.

We continue to reccommend that you play through the Download Client or if you prefer a browser, Firefox. More information will be made available when we have it.

    PS.  The problem is also on Firefox.  A table takes up far too much processing power.

    T hat would explain my problem then as im on chrome through windows but everytime i try to download it says mis confiqured

    One you add a few tables in Chrome this function call that normally takes around 10-150 ms is taking 5-8 seconds.
