anybody know why windsor was called off after a few races?

last race i watched they was banging on about ducks.

    Apparently horses were slipping on one of the bends......jockeys said it was unsafe despite them doing remedial work on it. They had watered before racing which is a bit strange, according to SportingLife.com NEWS
