Sam Grafton now probably chip leader. Just the 411,500 chips. Must be nice. Posted by FCHD
There appears to be a lot of chips on that table. Doug Polk, who is sat to Sam's left has a decent bit over 100k too. Will be interesting to see if Sam & Doug decide to tangle with each other or stay out of one anothers way.
2XUp news Marky the Bok has gone across to Venetian to play some Big O cash. And the very moment he left, Boggo, who barely won a hand the whole time Marky was here, flopped a boat & got paid in full. 90,000 now. Posted by Tikay10
I am declaring shenanigans as I was still actually in the building. I stopped by a Rio bar before I drove back to the Palazzo
Great news that Boggo has got a double!
Was brilliant to spend a few hours with you and get to see the WSOP from a different perspective.

10 minutes remain, which will be followed by a 90 minute dinner break, then 1 x 2 hour level, before Days 2A & 2B come to close.
A really odd piece of scheduling that, for which we can blame ESPN.
It's bang wrong that the players don't get the benefit of any extra money for the inconvenience of TV coverage, though I guess there are far greater injustices in real life.
Dinner break now, play resumes at 9.35pm. Boggo has around 75,000, which is more than enough, & short of a big accident, Day 3 beckons. (Unless Marky the Bok returns). Posted by Tikay10

Bad news, Gareth is on the un-rebound now, after his Kings could not improve v the only hand it could be behind to pre-flop. BUSTO
Great effort though.
That just leaves Boggo.
He was also in reverse gear last time I looked, down to about 65,000.
We had 4 players going well when Marky arrived. 3 have since bust, the other is southbound.
Marky the Bok.
Boggo
Having a real tough day, down to 45,000. Just can't get a hand, & when he does, they don't hold.
Still, 45,000 with Blinds at 500-1,000/100 is still a very playable stack.
Boggo
He's heading back north now - 50,000.
We are minutes away from the end of Level 8, so a 20 minute break beckons.
Unusually - uniquely? - today's Dinner Break is not until after Level 9, at around 8.05pm.
The Dinner Break will be 90 minutes, so Level 10, the final level of today, will end around 11.35 or 11,40pm.
All times are local, (Las Vegas), UK time is 8 hours ahead.

Good luck in that cash game.
Meanwhile, with Marky the Bok out of the way, Boggo continues to gain altitude - close to the magic 100,000 now.

Uh-oh, Setback City
Wandered across to Table Boggo & our stack seems to be about 50,000.
He was in the zone, & it's awkward to ask at the table "what happened?" so I don't know what happened.
Its far from over though, he still has around 30 Bigs. I've started Tourneys with less than that.
Losing Altitude
With 30 minutes of play left in Day 2, Boggo has 43,000. Been a tough session since Dinner.
No need to panic yet, Blinds start tomorrow at 1,000-2,000/300, so he has some wriggle room, & as the cliché goes, one double up......
