I have a free bet in one of my betting accounts for £5.00. I don't know how I qualified for it, but I'm guessing it must have been by placing one of the Syndicate hedge bets, so it's not really mine, it's the syndicate's free bet.
So I propose the following:
1) Any free bets that arise from a syndicate hedge bet, get used for the syndicate.
2) It will go on the NAP of whoever was the winner of the previous weekly NAP's table, in this case Rabdeniro.
3) Any proceeds from the free bet will get deposited in the Jackpot Syndicate's betting account.
So RAB, if you can make your NAP selection by 1PM, I will put our £5.00 free bet on it. (The bet only counts as being placed if I have posted it on the forum, stake is not returned in free bet)
Also, I believe with certain bookmakers on some hedging bets, I can get rewards for racings points, so I will keep track of how many points belong to the syndicate.
I believe you get 1 point per £1.00 bet, and a point is worth one penny towards tickets to go racing.
I propose that those who want to, meet up one a year at a race meeting and we'll use any Rewards 4 Racing vouchers towards the cost of the tickets.
I am not sure if POOL bets count towards Rewards4Racing points, and I would need to change where I place the actual Jackpot bets if they are to count.
I'll send an email at some point with more details. (I can't really name who does what promotions on this thread without breaking Sky's forum rules.)

Great news Graham and know one of your bookies now, a meet up at a race meeting would be great. Think it has to be a Jockey club venue. Market Rasen my choice LOL

Yes it has to be a Jockey Club venue.
Fortunately Dollie keeps track of all the hedge bets and what bookie they were placed with, so we can work out the points from that.
Re which meeting, probably will post a few options and see what suits most people, but I won't be able to please everyone, so we'll just have to go with the one that most people can attend.
Wouldn't be for six months or so anyway, so plenty of time.

Right around Tote Gold Trophy time at Newbury. Great meeting with Quality horses having prep runs for Cheltenham (Denman Chase etc.), and from what I remember, one of the best Bumper races of the Season for future horses to follow, Henderson always runs his best Bumper horse in this race. Just off M4 so easy to get to (still miles away from Cornwall.... but everything is!!!)
On the downside it usually snows/always cold around then.
