if i buy in are chips put in from start or can i buy in and turn up around 6 and i will have a seat and a full amount of chips.

    Hi Chris,

    I'm a bit confused by that.
     
    If you have not paid in yet, your chips can't be in play.

    Either way, my understanding is that your chips will NOT be in play until you arrive    .

    ok i mean like in other series events 25/25 gukpt if u buy lets say at 2pm on friday and it starts at 4 if u turn up at 6 u still have u seat and chips have not been blinded out.

    I spoke to the cardroom manager the other day and he said no stacks will be going in to play until you actually arrive and sit.

    Gotcha.

    Pretty sure your chips are NOT in play until you arrive.

    Howevva.....

    If there is an alternates waiting list by the time you arrive, you don't jump the queue, you'd be seated "in turn", so it's possible you won't be seated immediately.

    PS - If you plan to go & buy in at 2pm, you could ask them then.......
