Not great and not great.

Life has been tricky blah blah blah. Everything has been put on the back burner while I sorted my shizzle out.

Haven't weighed myself, done any form of exercise or played poker for a while. Life got in the way.

Ah well, life wouldn't be normal without a few bumps in the road along the way. Turned a corner now though and may resume the diary one day, although I may struggle to commit to it. We'll see.

Yes fine m8. I spent a few months away myself.

I enjoyed your diary, though never commented, but you know this, Ive accidentally lost 2 stone from 20 to 18. I cant attribute it to anything , maybe cutting out bread and cheeses.
