I know it is a bit far away for you all, but would love to see the tour at the Gentings Casino in Torquay!

Thread might as well be called "Where is the nearest casino to where you live?"

[QUOTE]Think an Irish leg would be decent if viable. Rainbow Bristol perhaps? Hosted a UKIPT prior to being taken over, 2012ish I think. Don't think they're linked to any major tours or other sites. +1 to Leeds. Maybe Les Croupiers? Mostly cos I wanna try the Chinese next door to the casino, heard good things :D If selecting ideal locations rather than what is realistic - DTD the best place in the country for Poker IMO.

An Irish leg would be a great craic.

And not just saying this as it's my local casino ;p , ofc it would be convenient, but thought about mentioning it when Tk first posted about Sky's predicament with regards to locations. As Pingo said, they are not tied, making it a viable option. Also, when they took over from Gala, they added a purpose built card room.

Bearing in mind Bristol has, hands down, the best night life in England, its perfect, right?

Heard a lot of good things about Bristol and planning on playing there before the end of the year with a semi-reg from my local card room (Bournemouth) who plays there and here. See you there.

It's a nice spot. If you are going by car, use the multi-storey car park that's on the same block. Go to the 2nd floor and all the way to the left, that end of the floor is reserved for casino patrons, there is access directly into the casino, and its free!

Are you going for cash or tournie? Its 5% rake on cash tables Sun - Wed and 10% Thur - Sat. Rake free for first 2 hrs Mon -Thur though. Few good tournies coming up too, the rainbow cup and the masters, both have side events too, buy ins from £55 - £220.

Gl whatever you play, and yeah, maybe see you there.
