Final Table Jackpot (HELP :-)

Hi,
I am hoping someone can help me :-)

I final tabled both the Main and the Mini in the same evening on the 15th of last month :-)

I am yet to receive the Final Table Jackpot bonus as per the promotions.

Has anyone been in this position before??

    hi,

    i tweeted your jackpot win on 17 august and included @skypoker in the text.  i think i also sent a reminder as _smoothe_ had also won but neither had been included in the promotion list.  _smoothe_ was subsequently added but you weren't.

    here is a snapshot of that tweet a few weeks ago.

    Thanks Tikay, this has put my mind to rest, this morning I was told there was no record of this by the customer care team so was slightly concerned.. Now you guys have really put my mind to rest..

    Hi Tikay,

    Kirsty just called me but I have awful signal where I am (currently away in Spain for a friends wedding :-)

    I have messaged her on Fbook to see if I can call her when I get back to England as she has asked to do an interview with me (exciting stuff :-0)

    I don't know if you have the ability to let her know I have messaged her on Fbook so she doesn't think I'm being rude in anyway. 

    Also, in terms of the final table jackpot being credited to my account, do you have any idea when this will be? (I could do with the extra spending money lol)

    I can't assist with the other question I'm afraid - you need to continue your dialogue with the Business via e-Mail & telephone.
