Any guys play them as a daily grind and beat them?

I played them for the first time last night and the 10bb game is pretty simple and obviously swingy but are they beatable over the long term as the rake seems high?

If they are beatable what limit would you say is the minimum you would need to play
Thanks in advance for any help

I think if you are very fussy about table selection then they are definitely beatable long term, id never recommend them though as the swings will be insane.

i had ago over the last few days and swingy like you say, I would try to avoid them as you can lose alot in quick sucession.

Yeh I been playing these a bit recently, but only if the tables are good, I really dont get it when I see high stakes guys battling each other every day

Had to take a break today, last 3 days have been brutal, they are proper swingy, dont think i have the mindset yet to play these regularly.

interesting question defo beatable but need to be bale to deal swings. i played all types of poker mtts online, mtts live, stg grinder, live cash. And without adoubt spins are worst for swings then other forms of poker. to beat rake u need to play at least 20 spins imo. i play them full time now and love them.
