Sky poker tour glasgow, help needed

Hi hope you can help, I qualified for sky poker event Glasgow. But it turns out I have a wedding that day that my girlfriend is bridesmaid at so I can even get out of it!! boooooo

So what happens can I unregister from lobby and I get the money for seat? any option for me??

    Sky don't allow refunds or player transfers

    I suggest you try Sky customer services who will double check this for you
