just posting this as a bit of a moan at my bookies and incase anybody else misses out.
Disappointed with paying out re places 2.30 today. Had a bet Saturday night on Dance King and then had a bit more just before off. Got paid out on the late bet but not the early bet. Early bet was when there were 14 runners and late bet when 12. Got paid for fourth on late bet and nothing early bet. Bit unfair you benefit from going on late but not betting early with your fav bookie especially when four places out of 12 a lot easier to get then 3 out of 14.

I recently sent you a web message entitled 2.30 York and went to follow it up with another web message but your system wouldnt allow it and it suggested sending an email.
The follow up message is as follows -
Disappointed how you treat people who bet early with you ie my web message. On further investigation even more displeased. After my experience in the 2.30 York race I thought I would investigate the situation further with another bet I put on Saturday night for the 4.10 York. Sure enough I found it had been placed at place odds 1. 2.3. So I went into the 4.10 race at 3.30pm and sure enough the prices/terms that came up automatically were not the enhanced terms but 1, 2, 3.It was then I noticed a little button which would change the odds to the better place terms. Lesson learned , I thought I must remember to look more closely next time, you dont get the best terms automatically you have to chose them. Thought it should be other way round but ces la vie.
However most upset that when I went into 4.10 race at 4.06 you get the best terms automatically . So bet late and you get better terms than if you bet early with your favourite bookie. Other bookies give you the better terms automatically or the best out of the two options.
I cannot fathom why you give late punters better terms than your early ones. My two bets in the 2.30 - EARLY BET .1.2.3- 14 runners. LATE BET 1,2,3,4 -12 runners paid out on the easier bet to win and nothing for the early harder bet. Learned my lesson and thankfully no hardship money wise but disappointing treatment.
