Sensible barrel-off spot in NL30 3-bet pot?

Not seen oppo before but was involved in most flops from the short time I've been at the table - limp called super wide and called down with weak 1 pair holdings, as well as mixing in a lot min click backs.

Versus this sort of player, is this line overly aggressive, should I be reverting to more of a fit-or-fold type approach and banking max value and be happy to check down these sort of hands?

On a blank turn I planned to shut down, but with K-high FD, GS and possibility that I may still have live overcards, the small overbet shove seemed appropriate in game.
