Player Search

Does Sky have any plans to fix this?, because the other day I searched someone, I had searched in the past, but this time its coming up as an error.

    Which browser do you use?

    I've tried to search players on google chrome but got the same problem as yourself but have no problem at all when using firefox

    Lately because of my pos computer had to resort to the dl client, it was working on there until recently - although for some reason never been able to find myself - so went back to search for this player on firefox and got that error. Its done this for along time for certain players though.

    If you search for a player and the player is sitting ,the response is, 

    Loading...

    If the player isnt sitting its 

    No Tables.


    ALso, MY tables in the download, just keeps loading........

     Ive reinstalled the download client and  find player and my tables isnt working.

    It did not get answered, mainly because I plum forgot to ask - my apologies.

    I have asked the question this morning though. Might take a few hours to get a reply though, as I have flooded the office with mini-gripes this morning. They are gonna love me. Not.

    Also if you search for a player that has 3 letters in their name it says name to short and you can't search for it

    Ha, incredible spot, wp wp, though I', not sure how many 3 letter aliases there are on Sky Poker - can't be many, can it?

    FWIW, I just tested "Find a Player" on the Browser, & it works perfectly (for me). I'm on a regular PC, at home, so it should work for everyone on the Browser.

    I'm still awaiting a reply as to the reported problems with the Download Client though, & I don't doubt what is being reported in thus thread. If I can find out the problem, & if it is fixable, I'll report back, obviously.

    Unfortunately, there seems to be a glitch with approving that one (quelle surprise), so it can't be approved at present. Not because the photo is dodgy (though it may be), but there is just a tech issue with approving it.

    Maybe it will work tomorrow, the Forum software is a bit temperamental right now. It's the damp weather, obv.
     
    However, a permanent solution is near-at-hand. Probably.

    This is probably the best thread to ask this on, recently i've seen a few players with names longer than the 10 character limit, how did they do that?
