stealing blinds when their is a larger stack as SB/BB

My run in this bounty hunter was going very well I  had been consistantly stealing blinds and building up my stack but things began to turn difficult when a new player joined the table and had a stack larger than mine.
He had 3bet me a few times prior to this and other times he would opt to call his BB rather than fold

What types of hands are best when you've got a large stack in the blind and know he'll defend

    Its a perfect spot for him to put pressure on you with a player behind you, shove it in his eys and then watch MOTD when he flips over aces
