I am conscious that Roger does an awful amount of work, with probably the most arduous task of doing the spreadsheets on GO-LIVE days, so if we can have some volunteers and get a "roster" together (for finding out the Jackpot Meeting), that would be great.
From my experience, sometimes they know and sometimes they don't, but it's worth trying. Obviously if it is clearly going to be a NO-GO then we don't need to do it, so it's just for those marginal/unclear days.
I suggest someone does it for a week and then another person takes over, so that we spread the load. Any volunteers?
I have sent an email to all with the contact numbers, so that, going forward, we can find out where the Jackpot is as I am not sure that it is OK to post on here.

I dont mind helping out on finding out where the jackpot meeting is (now you have sent contact details) I usually play poker till late, so will not be a problem.

N1 MAX, TY.
How about we set this up as a process?
If we know/or it's obvious that it is going to be a NO-GO regardless, then I will post on here and no-one needs to do anything.
However, if it is uncertain, then I will also post on here requesting that you try and find out.
Hopefully more people will come forward so that the workload is shared.
Does that sound OK?
Cheers,
G
P.S. Ideally if we are going for it, I'd like to know the meeting by 8pm to give Roger time to prep the card and subsequently me time to do the removers spreadsheet.

So just to confirm in case people missed my earlier post.
Jackpot is at WINDSOR tomorrow and it is a NO-GO.
Cheers,
G
However if we can find out this evening where it is and I may be able to change my plans if necessary.
At the moment I am not sure if it will be an afternoon or evening meeting.
MAX, it's probably best to contact customer care at about 6pm-7pm.
In the meantime if anyone spots it come up on the website, please post here.
Thanks again for your help.
Cheers,
G
If OK with you and MAX, we'll leave it to MAX this week (MON-SUN) and then you cover next week, I can then do the week after that.
Hopefully more will come forward for the subsequent weeks to ease the burden on any one individual.
Cheers,
G
