download problems,any ideas please

ahoy there! im currently playing through my browser on firefox windows 11 but having terrible problems loading the app.tried restarting the damm thing but still no joy, also tried going through chrome.my crew on board informs me the satalite here in the bay of biscay is unreliable but im unsure that is the problem.

    I might be wrong but it could have something to do with your location as there are restrictions to what countries you can play on Sky.
