This player has the image of a very loose player, he has raised on many occassions and on one occassion Ch calls a flop and tried to bluff his missed over cards on the river having saw me Ch a scary turn card.

He might be aggressive preflop but post flop play doesn't seem to be as agressive, I've know him ch on alot of occassions having raised pre.

Should I be 3betting this smaller preflop or even just calling?

As played what is the best line on the flop?

If he doesnt play aggressively post flop then seems fine spot to c bet and his action should give us an answer as to whether he has hit.

You seem to have reads on players when you post HH, are these from a reasonable recent sample size? I would be careful with your notes from the odd hand dictating what you do. In your notes here you say he isnt as aggressive post flop because he checks a lot on the flop having raised pre but this could be because a lot of reasons including board texture or it may just be his style to check a lot of flops for pot control.

    3 bet a little more 380 - 400

Straight forward bet on flop, you have Kh and two overs.
Kh gonna remove a lot of flush combos
